Terms of Use

GVocab provides language-learning tools including flashcards, SRS review, knowledge checks, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, dictation, shadowing and other learning features.

The platform also supports ready-made content, user-created content and community features such as Groups, public profiles and Ranking.

Some features require an account or a paid plan. Current benefits, limits and conditions are shown in the app.

GVocab may add, adjust or discontinue features to improve quality, security or service operations. Changes that materially affect paid benefits will be handled under the applicable purchase terms and law.

GVocab supports sign-in through Google. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in information and for preventing others from using your account in breach of these terms.

• Use a lawful account and do not impersonate another person.

• Do not share or exploit an account to bypass service limits.

• Do not intentionally access another user's account or data.

• Notify GVocab if you detect unauthorized access.

You must meet applicable age requirements and obtain parental or guardian consent where required by law. GVocab may apply reasonable verification or access restrictions to protect accounts and systems.

GVocab may offer Free, Premium and other benefits described in the app. Price, duration, benefits, limits and payment conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase.

A Premium plan is activated after the transaction is successfully confirmed by the service. Use only the official payment method or payment information provided by GVocab.

AI credits and Gold are internal units used for the corresponding app features. They are not cash, have no cash redemption value and are not transferable unless GVocab provides otherwise in compliance with applicable law.

The issue, use, expiration or adjustment of AI credits and Gold follows the rules shown when you receive or use those units.

For failed, duplicated or unrecorded payments, contact GVocab for review and support. Refund, cancellation and benefit-adjustment requests are handled under the published purchase conditions and applicable consumer-protection law.

You retain your lawful rights in the sets, cards, folders and other content you create on GVocab.

To provide the service, you grant GVocab a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, back up and display your content as necessary for the features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership to GVocab.

You are responsible for content you create, upload or share, including ensuring that you have the right to use any third-party text, images or other material.

You must not share content that violates law or intellectual-property rights; harasses, threatens, defrauds or violates privacy; contains malware or dangerous links; or impersonates or misleads others for gain.

You can edit, change visibility or delete content where the app provides those controls. GVocab may hide or remove content or restrict access when there is a reasonable basis to believe it violates these terms, third-party rights or law.

GVocab lets users share sets, join Groups, appear on Ranking and use other community features.

When you make content public or take part in community activities, you understand that your display name, profile image, shared content or relevant learning achievements may be shown to other users.

Group owners are responsible for managing members and content within their Group. Members must follow the access rights and rules of that Group.

Do not use community features for spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized distribution or disclosure of another person's personal information.

GVocab may adjust Group, member and community limits for each plan.

Some GVocab features use AI to generate reading passages, writing exercises, feedback and other learning support content.

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, lack context or not fully match your level and goals. Review information before using it for important purposes.

AI results and assessment tools in GVocab are for learning support only. They are not an official qualification or a guarantee of exam results.

GVocab may integrate Google Gemini, YouTube, Openverse, Wikimedia Commons or Pexels. Your interaction with those services is subject to each provider's terms and policies. GVocab does not automatically own or relicense third-party content.

You agree to use GVocab lawfully and not to interfere with the platform or another person's rights.

Prohibited conduct includes attacking or scanning for vulnerabilities; bypassing authentication; using automation that overloads the service; interfering with billing, AI credits, Gold or usage limits; unlawfully collecting personal data; and copying, distributing or commercially exploiting GVocab's protected software or content.

GVocab's name, brand, interface, software and original content that GVocab owns or is licensed to use are protected by intellectual-property law. Using GVocab does not transfer ownership or commercial-use rights.

GVocab works to keep the service stable, secure and accurate. The platform may nevertheless be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, network failures or factors reasonably outside its control.

GVocab does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or that the service will meet every particular learning goal.

Keep copies of important learning content and use export features when available.

To the extent permitted by law, GVocab's responsibility for an incident or loss is determined by its cause, the extent of the loss, applicable agreements and law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility that GVocab must accept by law.

You may stop using GVocab at any time or request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.

GVocab may temporarily restrict or terminate access when it detects a breach of these terms, a security risk, system abuse or a lawful request from an authority. Where appropriate, GVocab will explain the reason and next steps; urgent cases may require immediate action.

GVocab may update these Terms of Use when features, service models or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method before taking effect where required by law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Vietnam without affecting mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
